Please read carefully before placing your order!


7-Day Return Window

You may request an exchange or report a defective item within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are only offered for verified manufacturing defects.

🔁 Exchanges

1. Wrong Size (Customer Selection Error)

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange (subject to availability).

  • Refunds are not offered for size issues.
  • Customer covers return shipping and re-shipping the new pair.
  • Returned gloves must be unused, unworn, clean, and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges apply to the same product only.
  • Any signs of use will result in the exchange being rejected.
  • Returns must be approved by HARES GK before shipping back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned gloves, we will send the correct size.

2. Wrong Item Sent By Hares GK

If we send you the wrong item or the wrong size:

  • We cover all shipping costs (return + re-shipping).
  • We replace the item immediately once returned.
  • Returned gloves must be unused, unworn, clean, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be approved by HARES GK before shipping back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
  • Refund only if the item is no longer available (out of stock).

💳 Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items

Refunds for defective items are only issued if a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

  • Contact us within 7 days at support@haresgk.com with clear photos or videos.
  • Items showing any signs of wear, match use, dirt, latex abrasion, or plastic-cover removal do not qualify.
  • Refunds are processed only after the item is returned and inspected.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days once approved.

Important:

  • Gloves showing any signs of wear, match use, dirt, latex abrasion, or plastic latex cover removal do not qualify
  • Gloves must be returned in brand-new condition, unless the defect made them unusable from the start

🚫 No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if there is no valid reason for the exchange or refund. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


📦 Important Notes

  • Non-defective exchanges: Customer covers all shipping fees.
  • Defective/damaged items: HARES GK covers return shipping after verification.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes original delivery fees and any return shipping paid by the customer.
  • Refused or unclaimed deliveries are eligible for product-only refunds once returned to us. Re-delivery costs for refused/unclaimed packages are the customer’s responsibility.
  • No exchange or refund will be processed until the item is received and inspected.
  • All returns must be approved by HARES GK before shipping back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
