Glove Care Guide
Your gloves are more than just gear; they’re your partner in every save, dive, and clean sheet. Treat them right, and they’ll perform their best for longer. Here’s how:
Before First Use
- Gently peel off any protective plastic from the latex palm (take your time, no rush!)
- Give your gloves a nice first wash with warm water, rinse them well. Feel free to submerge the gloves; they are designed to absorb water.
- Let them air-dry indoors in a cool, ventilated space. No direct sunlight!
- Don’t pack them away until they’re fully dry.
After Every Game
- Wash your gloves in warm water to remove dirt and sweat. (You can use a little unscented soap if needed)
- Let them air-dry naturally indoors, away from direct sun exposure
- Again, only store them when they’re fully dry. Damp gloves = unhappy gloves.
Pro Tips to Keep Them Fresh
- Try to avoid dragging your palms on the ground, as it wears out the latex faster
- Never store gloves with palms touching; they’ll stick and peel when you separate them
- Wash your gloves right after the match. Don’t let dirt bake into the latex
