Please read carefully before placing your order!

7-Day Return Window & Issue Reporting Window

If you need a size exchange, received an incorrect item, or believe your product has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

This 7-day period applies to our exchange and issue-reporting process and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

🔁Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? You can request an exchange, subject to stock availability.

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange (subject to availability).

Size exchanges are available for the same glove model only.
The customer covers the return and re-delivery shipping costs.
Gloves must be unused, unworn, clean and returned in their original packaging.
Any protective palm/latex film must remain intact.
Gloves that have been used in training or matches cannot be exchanged.
All exchanges must be approved by HARES GK before being returned.
Refunds are not offered for size-selection issues.

Once your gloves are received and inspected, we'll arrange the replacement size.

🚫Incorrect Item Received

If we send you the wrong product or size, we'll make it right.

HARES GK will cover the return and replacement delivery costs.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep the item unused and in its original condition while we arrange the return.

If the correct item is unavailable, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

🛡️Damaged or Defective Products

Every product goes through quality control, but if you believe you've received a defective or damaged product, contact us at info@haresgk.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we may request that the item is returned for inspection.

If a manufacturing defect or other qualifying issue is confirmed, HARES GK will cover the applicable return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

🧤What is not considered a manufacturing defect?

Goalkeeper gloves are high-performance products, and natural latex is a soft, premium material designed to deliver exceptional grip.

Normal wear and tear is completely expected, especially with regular training and match use. Minor latex abrasion and surface wear are natural characteristics of goalkeeper gloves and do not necessarily affect their grip, performance, or overall quality.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. This includes latex abrasion, surface wear, cuts or damage caused by artificial or natural turf, loss of grip due to dirt or improper care, and damage caused by incorrect washing or drying.

Each claim is assessed individually based on the nature of the issue.

🚫Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you're unsure about your size or which glove is right for you, contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

📦Shipping & Refunds

For non-defective size exchanges, the customer covers all applicable return and re-delivery costs.
If HARES GK sends an incorrect item, or a qualifying defect or delivery-related issue is confirmed, HARES GK will cover the applicable shipping costs.
Original delivery fees are otherwise non-refundable.
For refused or unclaimed deliveries, any eligible refund will be limited to the product value once the parcel has been returned to us. Any additional delivery or re-delivery costs remain the customer's responsibility.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
No exchange or refund will be completed until any required returned item has been received and inspected.
Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.
